Subscription & Billing Policy

This policy explains how subscriptions and in-app purchases work in Campa. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms below.

1. Subscriptions

Campa offers monthly and annual subscription options. Current prices are shown before purchase and may vary by platform, location, taxes, and app store rules.

Free Trial

• New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial.
• If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your chosen subscription will begin automatically.

Renewal & Cancellation

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• Apple App Store purchases must be managed through your Apple account.
• Google Play purchases must be managed through your Google account.
• Website purchases can be managed from account settings or through Stripe.
• After cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
• Refunds are not provided for unused time or partial billing periods.

2. One-Off Purchases

Campa may offer one-time purchases that permanently unlock additional features, such as Map Packs or Road Trip Routes.

• One-off purchases do not create recurring charges.
• They are linked to your account and remain available even if you cancel a subscription.
• Digital one-off purchases are non-refundable unless required by law.

3. General Billing Terms

• Prices may be shown in GBP and may vary in other countries.
• Taxes may be added where required by law.
• We may adjust pricing in the future and will notify you before renewal where required.
