• Campa offers monthly and annual subscriptions and may offer one-off purchases such as Map Packs and Road Trip Routes.
• Purchases are also subject to the Subscription & Billing Policy.
• By subscribing or making a purchase, you agree to the applicable billing terms.

5. Community Use

Campa does not tolerate objectionable or abusive content. Users may report or block content or other users at any time, and Campa may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

• You are responsible for your own posts and actions.
• If your behaviour results in suspension or banning, no refunds will be provided for active subscriptions.
• Communities are managed by their creators and appointed moderators. Campa may intervene where illegal content or serious safety issues are involved.
• All community participation must follow the Community Guidelines.

6. Van Profiles

• You may create a van profile to showcase your vehicle and modifications.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of information shared in your profile.

7. Referral & Affiliate Programmes

• Referral rewards apply only where new users sign up with your code and meet the applicable requirements.
• Partnered affiliates may receive a share of subscription revenue when members join through their referral.
• Affiliate details are covered in the Affiliate Disclosure.

8. Privacy & Data

Your use of Campa is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

9. Intellectual Property

• Campa content, guides, features, branding, and software are owned by Campa App Ltd or its licensors.
• You may not copy, redistribute, or sell any part of the service without permission.

10. Disclaimer & Liability

• Campa provides road trip planning, community features, and related tools "as is".
• We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party information, including campsites, service points, routes, or community posts.
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Campa App Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

11. Termination

• You may stop using Campa at any time.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
